Beetlejuice Sequel in the Works

Original Cast Members Confirmed to Return

A sequel to the classic 1988 film Beetlejuice is officially in production, with several original cast members confirmed to reprise their roles. Michael Keaton will once again portray the mischievous ghost Beetlejuice, while Winona Ryder and Catherine O'Hara will return as Lydia Deetz and Delia Deetz, respectively.

New Additions to the Cast

The sequel will also feature some exciting new additions to the cast, including Jenna Ortega, Monica Bellucci, and Christina Applegate. Ortega will play Lydia's daughter, while Bellucci and Applegate will portray new characters created for the film.

The film is set to be directed by Tim Burton, who also helmed the original movie. The script is being written by Seth Grahame-Smith, who has previously worked on films such as Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter and Pride and Prejudice and Zombies.

The release date for Beetlejuice 2 is yet to be announced, but fans are eagerly anticipating its arrival.
